Over the course of number of years, our clients have complained to us about one major problem during assembly.

Customers' Clothes were put into the wrong orders.

Many times employees have made one of the biggest mistakes during assembly that costs the store owner arms and legs in claims. Many of our clients requested us to come up with a solution to fix this problem. Upon popular demand, we are re-introducing our new and improved Garment Verification System.

Garment Verification system saves you money and headache. Simply scan the barcode on the ticket, and then scan the barcoded tags for accuracy. All you need is a computer with speakers.

Uniform Tracker (U-Track)

UTrack tracks every single piece of uniform. With the help of a scanner the uniform pieces can be tracked to the last scanned station thus reducing the chances of lost items. The scanner is also used to assign locations to the garments. This will expedite the process of locating the uniform pieces and save you labor time.

With UTrack, uniforms are permanently tagged with barcodes. The tags can have the employee name or employee ID number printed on them to minimize mistakes.

Every uniform can be entered based on the department it belongs to which expedites the uniform sorting process based on the departments.

Every location can be color coded for easy on screen viewing. This makes it easy for the uniform operator to see where a particular piece is located at that moment. This saves you labor and time looking for different pieces.

UTrack keeps track of the entire history of every piece of uniform from the moment it first came to your store to the time it was last delivered to a facility, thus reducing the chances of false claims. In addition it also tracks the number of times a particular piece has been to a drycleaner or for alteration, hence helping you know the entire history if there was an issue with the garment.

Once the uniforms are delivered back, the facility can scan them and assign them locations e.g. rack, returned to employee or alteration. This also serves as proof of delivery from the drycleaner. The proof of delivery is permanently marked with the time stamp so the drycleaner and the hotel know when the pieces were delivered back.
