The
following is a summary of how you would use DryClean PRO when a customer
brings in garments: |
You create
a quick or detailed ticket (invoice) and
give the customer their portion as a receipt. |
Tag
garments with the permafiber or permanent tags
printed by DryClean PRO or use your existing pre-printed tags. If using Prism, the tags are also bar-coded. |
Clean and process garments. |
DryClean
PRO printed tags have customer information and/or bar-codes that help you
easily assemble both manually or computer
aided. In addition, completed orders can be scanned before bagging to
catch any mistakes in assembly (see Garment Verification System) |
If using
Bar-Code Scanner: The garments can be racked on any free rack spot, long term
storage or other areas in the store. Simply scan the rack or location
bar-code along with the invoice and the computer makes finding the order a
snap. |
At pickup
time, use the customer's last name, their ticket number, their phone number
or just simply scan their ticket to pull-up their account on the screen.
